KejaSwap was founded by Swiss-Secure, a Nairobi-based company specialising in trust, verification and secure digital services. We noticed a recurring problem: the Kenyan rental market is full of scams, ghost listings and unreliable middlemen — both tenants and landlords suffer.
So we built something different. A platform where identity is verified, listings are real, and matches are made by an algorithm — not by luck or word of mouth. We launched with Kenya as our home base, and have already expanded our Keja-BnB service to Germany, Switzerland and France.
Before any listing goes live on KejaSwap, the user goes through a 3-step verification process managed independently by Swiss-Secure. This is what makes KejaSwap fundamentally different from any other listing platform.
National ID or passport verified. Required for every user on the platform — no anonymous listings, ever.
M-Pesa transaction history or credit card check — confirms you're a real, active person with financial accountability.
Payslip or proof of income reviewed for tenant and combined plan users. Gives landlords the confidence they need.
Only after all three steps are approved does a listing receive the ✅ Verified badge and go live on the platform.

Swap-Global — A premium swap option for stays of up to 1 year, with a plan duration of 6 months. Designed for internationally mobile professionals and freelancers who want flexibility without long-term commitments. Higher price point reflects the full-service matching and the complexity of arranging medium-term cross-border exchanges.
Tenant Matching — Don't want to swap? For 1,500 KES we match you with verified landlords whose properties genuinely fit your criteria — budget, location, size, all pre-checked. We arrange viewings only for homes you're seriously interested in, saving you the time, cost and stress of chasing agents and attending pointless viewings. A further 1,500 KES is due upon successful contract signing — our incentive to get you into the right home fast.
Landlord Matching — Find a reliable, pre-screened tenant without lifting a finger. We bring you candidates who have already passed our full verification process.
Keja-BnB Hosting — List your property on Keja-BnB through KejaSwap at zero commission. Available in Kenya, Germany, Switzerland and France.
